- Can I buy just tallow without a box?
- No. Add-ons like tallow only ship with a meat box. The cold-chain and packing only makes sense alongside a box.
- Can I pick my own cuts?
- No. We sell three curated 5 kg boxes — Grill, Family, Mince. That's how whole-animal butchery stays fair.
- When is the next round?
- Rounds open seasonally. The current round status is shown at the top of every page; sign up to be notified when the next round opens (coming soon).
- How do I pay?
- Bank transfer. Once you confirm an order you'll receive payment instructions; the order is reserved as soon as payment arrives.
- What about the cooler box?
- Your box ships in an insulated cooler. There's a €15 deposit — return the cooler next round and we refund or swap it.
- Can exact cuts change between rounds?
- Yes, slightly. We commit to the box category, not the exact centimetre. Whole-animal use means small variations.
